These Master Terms of Service (“Terms”) represent a legally binding contract between you and WyzeTribe, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your absolute access to and use of the Wyze World digital ecosystem and all associated subdomains, websites, channels, and spaces—including wyze.world, wyze.community, wyze.academy, wyzecast.com, wyze.business, wyze.technology, wyze.consulting, and wyze.guide (collectively, the “Ecosystem”).
By creating an account, processing a transaction, or browsing any space inside the Ecosystem, you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age and explicitly agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you are legally unauthorized to access the Ecosystem.
1. Account Security, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Community Conduct
To access specific regions of our interactive Ecosystem (such as wyze.community), you are required to register an account or authenticate your identity through verified single sign-on (SSO) systems (such as Discord or Bettermode).
- Security Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and tracking all operational activities that occur under your user profile.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) License: When you post text, images, files, or insights within our interactive hubs, forums, or subdomains, you grant WyzeTribe, LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce that content across our internal digital Ecosystem.
- Prohibited Content & Actions: You agree not to upload or transmit any material that violates intellectual property rights, contains digital viruses, constitutes illegal harassment or defamation, or violates standard mobile carrier compliance rules. We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend user profiles that violate these standards without notice.
- DMCA Copyright Takedowns: We respect copyright law. If you identify any content hosted within our user communities that infringes on your copyright, please dispatch a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our legal inbox at support@wyzetribe.com.
2. Commercial Transactions, Licensing, & Digital Access Rules
- Financial Terms: Payments for digital memberships, custom consulting tracks (wyze.consulting), webinars, or dynamic courses (wyze.academy) are managed securely via external payment nodes (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Square). You agree to provide current, authentic billing details and explicitly authorize our merchant tools to process your selected invoices.
- Intellectual Property License: Your purchase of any educational guide, premium business resource, or digital course material within the Ecosystem provides you with a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual or internal business utilization. You are strictly forbidden from distributing, reselling, white-labeling, or publicly replicating our proprietary materials without clear, written authorization from WyzeTribe, LLC.
3. Professional Disclaimers & No Fiduciary Relationship
- Educational Context Only: All insights, strategies, training videos, and text served across wyze.guide, wyzecast.com, wyze.business, or generated via our internal automated support channels are intended strictly for general informational, tactical, and educational purposes.
- No Result Guarantees: Any business analytics, case studies, or optimization methods showcased across the Ecosystem are metrics of previous performance and do not guarantee or promise identical financial or operational outcomes for your specific business.
- No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship: Interacting with the Ecosystem, buying digital guides, or communicating with our automated AI customer agents does not build a formal legal, financial, or custom consulting relationship between you and WyzeTribe, LLC. Official, binding consulting contracts are managed exclusively via separate, custom-signed written engagements.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH THE ECOSYSTEM IS EXECUTED ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE ECOSYSTEM AND ALL MATERIAL CONTAINED THEREIN ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” STRUCTURAL BASIS. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE, AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIALIZED INTENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR ACCESS TO THE ECOSYSTEM WILL BE PERFECTLY UNINTERRUPTED, PERMANENTLY SECURE, OR TOTALLY ERROR-FREE.
5. Strict Limitation of Liability
TO THE ABSOLUTE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WYSETRIBE, LLC, ITS SYSTEM DEVELOPERS, OR PLATFORM PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, SPECIALIZED, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DATA LOSS, ACCOUNT DOWNTIME, ERRONEOUS AI OUTPUTS, OR FINANCIAL INJURIES) STEMMING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO NAVIGATE THE ECOSYSTEM.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend WyzeTribe, LLC and its operational staff from and against any third-party claims, financial losses, or legal liabilities arising from your direct violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Ecosystem.
7. Governing Law, Mandatory Arbitration, & Class Action Waiver
- Governing Law: These Terms and all structural disputes arising from the Ecosystem shall be governed under the internal laws of the State of the Company’s legal organization.
- Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or legal disagreement coming out of these Terms or Ecosystem use shall be handled via final, binding arbitration managed by a recognized arbitration entity (such as AAA or JAMS) before a single neutral arbitrator, rather than in a court of law.
- Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
